BeaverBeads™ human CD8+ T cell isolation kit is intended for negative isolation of CD8+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The isolated CD8+ T cells are highly pure and viable cells. The principle is to add biotin labeled monoclonal antibodies to your cell suspension to label non-target cells (non-CD8+ T cells), which can be captured by the streptavidin labeled magnetic beads. The magnetic labeled fraction is retained when using a magnetic separator, while untouched bead-and antibody-free CD8+ T cells can be easily collected from the supernatant.
