BeaverBeads™ Human CD66b+ Cell Isolation Kit (Positive selection) is designed for isolating CD66bt cells from human peripheral blood. The principle involves labeling CD66bt cells with a CD66b capture antibody, followed by capturing the target cells using Releasable BeaverBeadsTM. The magnetic beads are then detached from the cell surface using BeaverBeadsTM Release Buffer, resulting in magnetic bead-free CD66b+ cells. CD66b is a 95-100 kDa glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein expressed on neutrophils and eosinophils, but not on basophils or lymphocytes. The isolated CD66bt cells can be used for downstream molecular biology and cell biology experiments. The separation process requires the use of a magnetic separator.
