BeaverBeadsTM mouse CD4+ Cell Isolation Kit (Positive selection) is intended for isolating CD4+ cells from mouse lymphoid organs. The principle involves labeling CD4+ cells with a CD4 capture antibody, followed by capturing the target cells using Releasable BeaverBeadsTM. The magnetic beads are then detached from the cell surface using BeaverBeadsTM Release Buffer, resulting in magnetic bead-free CD4+ cells. The isolated CD4+ cells can be used for downstream molecular biology and cell biology experiments. The separation process requires the use of a magnetic separator.
