BeaverBeads™ mouse CD4+ T cell isolation kit is intended for negative isolation of CD4+ T cells from mouse lymphoid organs. The isolated CD4+ T cells are highly pure and viable cells. The principle is to add biotin labeled monoclonal antibodies to your cell suspension to label non-target cells (non-CD4+ T cells), which can be captured by the streptavidin labeled magnetic beads. The magnetic labeled fraction is retained when using a magnetic separator, while untouched bead- and antibody-free CD4+ T cells can be easily collected from the supernatant.

Application Cases
Use BeaverBeadsTM Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit to isolate CD4+ T cells from mouse spleen cells, label them with FITC anti-mouse CD4 antibody (clone number GK1.5) and then analyze by flow cytometry.
