The Mouse Neutrophil Isolation Kit is designed for the isolation of neutrophils fromsingle-cell suspensions derived from mouse bone marrow or other tissue samples using negative selection. The principle of this kit is based on labeling non-neutrophils (non-CD11b+ Ly-6G* cells) with biotinylated antibodies, followed by depletion of these labeled cells using streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. This approach ensures the effective isolation of untouched mouse neutrophils. The separation process requires the use of a magnetic separator.

After labeling with FITC anti-mouse Ly-6G (clone 1A8) and PE anti-mouse CD11b (clone M1/70) antibodies, flow cytometric analysis was performed.
Conclusion: The purity of neutrophils before and after sorting was 43.5% and 95.1%, respectively.
