Application Cases
Use BeaverBeadsTM human CD3+ T Cell Isolation Kit to isolate CD3+ T cells from human PBMC, label them with PE anti-human CD3 antibody (clone number OKT3) and then analyze by flow cytometry.
Conclusion: The purity of CD3+ T cells before and after isolation was 69.1% and 97.9% respectively.
