Product Introduction
BeaverBeads™ human CD34+ cell enrichment kit is intended for enrich human CD34+ cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs). The principle is to add biotin labeled monoclonal antibodies to your cell suspension to label non-target cells (non-CD34+ cells), which can be captured by the streptavidin labeled magnetic beads. The magnetic labeled fraction is retained when using a magnetic separator, while untouched bead- and antibody-free enriched CD34+ cells can be easily collected from the supernatant.

Application Cases
CD34+ cells were enriched from a CBMC suspension using BeaverBeadsTM human CD34+ cell enrichment kit. The cells before and after enrichment were stained with FITC anti-human CD45 antibody (clone HIT30) and PE anti-human CD34 antibody (clone 581) and analyzed by flow cytometry.
