Fig.11 CD34+ cells were enriched from human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs) using the BeaverBeadsTM Human CD34+ Cell Enrichment Kit (negative selection). After labeling with FITC anti-human CD45 antibody (clone HI30) and PE anti-human CD34 antibody (clone 581), flow cytometric analysis was performed.

Conclusion: The purity of CD34+ cells was 1.2% before sorting, 13.9% after the first enrichment, and 33.8% after the second enrichment.
