Application
Recovery rate of DNA fragments from different sample volumes
Add 151bp Nucleic acid fragment into blood to make concentration of 10ng/μL, then use Beaver Circulating Extraction Kit to recover nucleic acid fragment from different sample volumes and quantify it with qPCR. According to research data, recovery rate of Beaver Product can exceed 85% in any 0.2~5 mL samples.
