BeaverBeads™ Human Neutrophil Isolation Kit
$

BeaverBeads™ Human Neutrophil Isolation Kit is designed for the isolation of neutrophils from fresh human peripheral blood using a negative selection strategy. The principle of this kit is based on labeling non-target cells with biotin-conjugated monoclonal antibodies, followed by the removal of these labeled cells using streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. During magnetic separation, the magnetically labeled non-target cells are retained by a magnetic separator, allowing untouched, bead-and antibody-free human neutrophils to be efficiently collected from the supernatant. The separation procedure requires the use of a magnetic separator.

Example of a Separation

Neutrophils were isolated from human peripheral blood and analyzed by flow cytometry. Cells before and after isolation were stained with Alexa Fluor 647-conjugated anti-human CD66b antibody (clone 6/40c) and FITC-conjugated anti-human CD16 antibody (clone 3G8). The purity of neutrophils before and after isolation was 58.81% and 98.08%, respectively.
