This product series is based on biological nanosurface technology independently developed by Beaverbio. The surface of cell culture was modified by natural active polypeptides, carbohydrates and other high molecular materials. Thus, the cell culture plate has the ability of ultra-low cell attachment and the suspension culture of cells in serum culture system was realized. It can be used in the suspension culture of adherent cells and semi-adherent cells in the sphere culture of tumor cells and the experiment of embryoid body formation.

Application examples:

1. The growth of different cells on the surface of TCT and suspension culture was compared. 

There were significant morphological differences between chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) and human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) on the surface of TCT and suspension culture. On the surface of TCT, the cells grow in a flat, spreading, adherent state; on the surface of suspension culture, the cell adhesion is inhibited by single suspension or group suspension.
